Supposed to have a video appointment today. Joined the meeting at the correct time but nobody else joined. Just had a message saying failed to attend. I was waiting for the advisor to join for over 20 mins.
Come on you Irons

Did you get an email afterwards from the advisor in question?
If not, I'd try to get in touch with them asap.0 -
As long as you attended using the meeting information via your to-do list, then complete the item in your to-do to tell them about issues attending this appointment, just saying that you logged in for the video call, but no one was on the other end of the callThe comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.1
