Can I put a note with the credit companies that my request for judgement to be set aside, which has been accepted by the court,  is in progress? It's already hit my ability to get basic credit agreements through Klarna which I have been using for years. That's how I fund christmas and now I cannot do that. Its seems unfair that I have the CCJ while I can potentially wait for months before a hearing.

You can annotate items on your credit record, if someone will take note of them, particularly a straight through processor like Klarna is another matter

So you accepted the car and used it?

    Does that not imply acceptance?

If the third party consider the car hire charge excessive or unnecessary they will be disputing  it.

Winn need to prove that you could not afford to hire a car at your own expense , if one was necessary. Hence them enquiring as to your finances.

The best you can do is cooperate with Winn.

At what point should Winn and mt insurance company told me what the status quo was? Had I been told or refused the rental I would have considered my position and then challenged my insurance company to use my legal assistance to sort out repairs for my non fault claim. Something that Marshmellow and Winn have done doesn't seem right to me. They have not been honest and transparent in my humble opinion.
