Loosening a window handle in my bay window

I've got 3 double glazed windows in a bay window in my living room. 1 I can open without issue, the 2nd is the middle window - is biggest so don't need a handle. But 3td is stuck & can't open it with the handle.
I've tried WD,40 etc but no luck. Any ideas on how I can loosen it as seeing condensation now?

Do you mean the handle is stuck and won't turn or does the handle turn but the window won't open?

Can you 'feel' the mechanism moving when you turn the handle - if so, a good shove or gentle lever from the other side should do it. It may be the locking inside the frame has failed which is trickier to solve1

The reason I was asking was incase you had wooden frames that might have swollen with the wet weather some parts of the country have been having.
If you post up pictures of the outside and inside of the bay where the window is there may be advice that other posters can give.1 -
So the handle works the window is stuck.
