List Price - (P11d)

I am looking at the Benefit in kind calculation, for a company car

Does the list price of the car remain the same when working out the P11d Value

For example in Year 2 & Year 3 - Does the original List price reduce in time?

Nope, stays the same. Bear in mind it's list price + any optional accesseries

No, the list price is the list price for that car.

The used/secondhand value is irrelevant for income tax purposes.

It might be the list price for that vehicle type does reduce but that is irrelevant as well, it's the list price for your car when purchased that counts.

So if it was a Tesla Model S that was £40,000 when you got it and the list price for a Tesco Model S was £39,000 two years later it's still £40,000 that is relevant to you.

The £39,000 would only count of you have the original car back and got a new one.
