My mother in law used an on line will writing company to prepare the will
they were included as executors but filled on a pa17 to renounce, they made the date to renounce  as when the will was prepared and supplied rather than when my mother In law signed it ( 5 days later) Probate office want a new PA17 which I have requested but the on line will company do not have a number to call and I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a response when their site says replies normally within 24 hours
what can I do ?
