RBS credit card positive balance.

I have an RBS credit card. I've had it for at least 30 years.
About 20 years ago I changed banks but kept the card (unused). Just after changing banks I was refunded a small amount to the card and ever since every month I have received a statement showing a small positive balance, I have never had any other communication from RBS.
Just wondering if there is anyone else in this position.

You would have continued to receive statements since there was a balance on the account.  Credit card accounts will generally get closed by the lender if there's been no activity for a couple of years and no balance (whether credit or debit).  But since you had a balance, the account would remain active.
It's no big deal.  You can use the card for a purchase (equal to or greater than the credit balance), pay off the statement in full when it arrives (assuming you spent a bit more than the credit balance), then close the card if you wish.
Or else, just phone them up and ask for the balance to be refunded to you.
As a slight aside, when you say you changed banks, do you mean your current account?  If so, that would have no bearing on the RBS card - a current account and a credit card account are two completely separate entities.  Switching your current account (I'm guessing you used to bank with RBS?) wouldn't automatically close the credit card account.  Many people hold credit cards issued by banks with whom they have no other accounts.
