Because I have a deputyship at social services are UC likely to ask for bank statements?

And if so how would it look if I went on 4 holidays abroad (less than 26 days each holiday) in a year, only able to do this because deputyship budgets and manages my finances. I'm not lying or exaggerating on disability forms which anyway my supported living manager and community nurse fill in. How would this look?

Leave it to your deputy to sort out. It's what they are paid for.
And I think we've mentioned before that coming on here to raise very similar questions about holidays isn't helpful to you or to anyone else. Although not the intention it can come across as bragging to other people who don't know your circumstances and are themselves struggling financially.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
