    My husband lives abroad and was the driver on the day in question. May he provide a short witness statement confirming that he was the driver and explaining what happened that day? The 14‑day deadline has passed; however, I did not receive the Notice of Allocation.

    Yes I would this week add two things:

    • A short WS from him saying he was the driver and where he lives & what the issues were;
    • a skeleton argument signed & dated by you (no statement of truth in a skelly). Use that to add the 4 case law authorities that I listed.

    Nearly done!

    • Your husband's WS has the 5 year old statement of truth. Nope. It changed.
    • Change 7.2 of your Skelly to use the wording from the current Template Defence about HHJ Moloney's judgment and quote him and provide a link to his full transcript which is Google-able (linked in a Supreme Court Blog from mid 2015). Or find it linked a few times in this forum this year.
    • Make sure the claim number & Hearing time & date is at the top of your skelly (and subject line of the covering email) and add your name at the bottom of the skelly, next to the date.
    • Have you already exhibited Chan and Akande? If no, attach those two transcripts now.

    @Coupon-mad

    Could you please check the wording in blue for 7.2?
    Could you also review sections 7.2 and 7.3 highlighted in green?

    The AI version is completely wrong!

    Yours is correct but you MUST link the judge to HHJ Moloney's transcript in Beavis, which only comes up on one Google result (linked in a 2015 Supreme Court blog).

    HHJ Moloney's words are a silver bullet as he spelt out what the £85 PCN had to cover. And the Supreme Court agreed but didn't put it like he did!

    No judge is likely to have seen that transcript, which is why everyone should be using it in WS. Or in a skelly like that.

    @Coupon-mad @Le_Kirk @1505grandad
    1)
    I do not find the 3.4 of the original judgment by HHJ Moloney in Beavis

    Judgment_1905-OCRD_2.pdf

    I do not find paras 98, 100, 193, 198 of Beavis

    Parkingeye v Beavis judgment

    2)
    Could you please confirm when I need to serve my skeleton argument on the Claimant? Is it 48 working hours before the trial, or should it be sent at the same time as it is filed with the court?

    @Coupon -mad @le _Kirk @1505grandad @Gr1pr @Ralph-y

    I just want to clarify why the paragraphs don’t match the Beavis case transcript. Did I attach the wrong case?I’d like to send my skeleton argument to the court today. Please see the links below. Thanks!

    But I told you exactly how to find it:

    "HHJ Moloney's transcript in Beavis, which only comes up on one Google result (linked in a 2015 Supreme Court blog)."

    So, you simply look for that result when you do the Google search for the obvious words.
