adding wife to property deeds

Hello,
Can someone point me to the right direction so I can add my wife to the property deeds (share ownership), please?
We're mortgage free so we don't need any consent from lenders.
Do I need to buy the title register from here?
https://www.gov.uk/search-property-information-land-registry
After that, do we need TR1 or TP1?

Finally, which fee do we have to pay?

Many thanks

TR1 - you would be transferring the whole of the legal title to yourself and your wife
If it is a 'gift' then it would be Scale 2 on half the current market value - complete form AP1 to refer to the "Full market value £X"

How can we evaluate the current market value? I estimate the current market value is around £350k, would the fee be £30 or £45?Thanks a lot

If you are submitting it yourself then it's a postal application and the fee is £100“Official Company Representative

@Land_Registry, thanks a lot for your advice.
There is the option to apply online, do I have to apply by post if I'll do it myself?

@Land_Registry , why it's so complicated?!I thought we need TR1 and the fee, looks like we need AP1 and ID3 as well? Can you confirm what's required, please?Property with no mortgage, I'm the registered owner on the title register and I'd like to add my wife on it as well (50/50 each). What documents do I need to post, please?TR1, AP1, ID3 and £70 Scale 2 fee?Examples: properties with no mortgageJohn Smith transfers a property by gift to himself and Sharon Jones in equal shares. It is worth £370,000. The fee is assessed on half the value of the property (£185,000), and payable under Scale 2 - so this would be £70.Many thanks

I found some videos and looks like we need TR1, AP1, ID3 and £70 Scale 2 fee.At present the ID3 - Certificate of Identity for a Private Individual requires verification from one of a very limited range of appropriately qualified individuals: Medical Doctor, Dentist, Chartered or Certified Accountant, Regulated Financial Adviser, Member of Parliament or Member of the Senedd. Difficult task ahead but we know an Accountant, hopefully he's Chartered or Certified or maybe our GP is willing to help.

Trying to do the same thing. Filled in all the forms suggested. Do I have to attach a copy of the title deeds (official copy)?
