Scottish Power Customer Service
SP customer service is just awful! Not sure if all energy suppliers are the same but impossible to get through by phone; email replies take over two weeks, are automated and do not answer questions raised; chat bot does not work; X messages are not responded to. Has anyone found the best way of contacting them?

I lodged a complaint on 12 Sept which I escalated on 9 Oct - SP T&Cs state an escalated complaint will be responded to within 3-5 working days. I did hear from an adviser before escalating to say he would look into it for me and get back to me but when I heard nothing for a fortnight I escalated itI'm currently messaging SP on X each day with a view to getting my complaint resolved, they do respond but not heard anything more from advisor yet but at least they reply to messages. It's ridiculous but I'm not giving up without a fight. I feel your pain.Thrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
