EURO CAR PARKS - Sainsbury Saltburn - successful cancellation

Just a quick note that we have followed the guidance and managed to talk to the Sainsbury store and explain our situation., which resulted in a PCN cancelled.
Basically I was dropped off in the morning around 8am for the train, got to Middelsborough and got pickled up at 6pm in the evening.
Got the notice that we overstayed as ANPR for some reason didnt recognise car leaving car park in the morning.
Anyway, explained to the store what happened and we where in there shopping and they said they will cancel, well at least try.
i have tried to appeal and their system ( eurocarparks) but it does not allow it so it has been cancelled.
Thanks to this forum for dummies guide and also thank you to the employees in the store.
