I've been dealing with parking tickets for longer then most people on here (tbf)
This isn't a council ticket so it's very different
Yes log it word for word
((It's normally a one stage appeal for smart parking in order to win but because you have a lease car and to avoid you need to do what I've advised (making it clear your the driver))
If they decline the appeal and give you a code for POPLA
Then you log onto the popla website and then type the following in the text box(after selecting other)
The operator will then withdraw and the ticket will be cancelled.
The operator does not have a contract at this site to issue pcns2 -
OK. We are going for it. I will keep you updated.2

You can trust @Grizebeck's wording.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi everyone,
I wasn't sure whether to start a new post or tag on to this one?...
Anyhow,
I'm in the same position with the same car park, though a little further along the process; I appealed within the 14 days on the same grounds of poor visibility etc. This was rejected 18/11/24. I left it, then received a letter from debt recovery plus dated 03/01/25.
I'd just like some advice on my next step as I found the NEWBIE section a little confusing. Am I to complain or wait for a notice to keeper letter?
