Council tax reduction on pension credit

Council only their own schemes for those below pension age, those above it's a nation criteria.

Council Tax discount is not council tax reduction.

If you get the guarantee part of Pension Credit

Your income and capital is ignored and you'll be entitled to maximum Council Tax Reduction (CTR) if you or your partner gets:

the guarantee part of Pension Credit

both the guarantee part and the savings part.

If she gets guaranteed pension credit she should be getting all her council tax paid for her not just 25%.
