Most gleam options are upload a screenshot to show you've shared the comp on different social media. 
Main comp t&cs & gleam upload info suggest they actually want creative writing rather than a photo even though it says "upload the most meaningful photo for you"
"The submission content must revolve around the theme of "Timeless Moments Captured", describing a picture that you want to capture but has become a thing of the past, and attach a text description of no more than 300 words to explain the meaning of the picture or the story behind it. Although actual photos are not required, creative drawings, hand-drawn or existing similar photos (must be marked as non-original, for illustration only) are encouraged to assist in the description."
