Clean break order question

Hi all
Me and my ex divorced 6 years ago. We did it ourselves through the courts and we agreed all the debt, the assets and the house payment.
I've been listening to the latest "Not the martin lewis podcast" and I was not aware of a clean break order.
My ex has since remarried. Does that mean I no longer need a clean bread order? He does as I have not remarried but thats not so much of a concern for me.
Thanks

It means your ex may have fallen into the remarriage trap and not be able to start an application for a financial order.

Tbh if he could make a claim against you, I'd be wanting to get that clean break order. Also the remarriage trap doesn't apply to pensions i.e. you could still make a claim for that.
