Private parking ticket fine.

Hi,

I would like to get advice on two PCN that I recently received while I visited my previous house which crossed 28 days. 

Parking ticket 1 

Issued by Euro car parks for overstay of 12 minutes at Co-Op car park. PCN issue date 04/09/2024. Previously the parking was for 90 min and they recently changed it to 60 min.

Parking ticket 2

Issued by Parkingeye at Kassam stadium car park (vue cinemas). PCN Issue date 27/09/2024. Wasn't informed about the Vehicle registration at the ticket counter.

Kindly let me know how should I proceed.

They are not fines.

Please start by reading the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES that explains the process to follow.

Plan A is always a complaint from the keeper to the landowner and the keeper's MP, without identifying the driver.

Plan B if a cancellation is not forthcoming is to appeal using the template in blue text you will find in the NEWBIES. Send it unaltered from the keeper. 
If the NTKs were not PoFA compliant, then say so in your appeals because the keeper cannot be held liable.

Get photos of the site and signage if possible in readiness for a second stage appeal.

The first one, you are too late to appeal.  That is NOT to say you pay it!  No. Complain to the retailer.

The other one, you must appeal immediately and say you have seen no evidence that there was a working keypad in the cinema.  And any signs about it were inadequate.

Hi Good evening,

From euro car park I received NTK and final notification letter as well.
From Parkingeye I received PCN and a reminder letter.

Should I appeal using the Newbies template ? The PCN I received has the dark picture my vehicles entering and exiting. The kassam stadium parking entry time is 22.46 and there was no lights at the parking due to which I couldn't see any signage and nothing was informed at the ticket counter regarding the registration of vehicle.
