PCN at Fistral Beach

Hello there,
I'm aware this is a common topic of query, but I haven't been able to find a solution to this particular situation I don't think (i.e. from other threads or the newbies thread
I received a PCN - Notice to Keeper on the 17/10/2024, but only opened it on the 27/10/2024 due to being away. I stupidly appealed without searching out this forum and have already had that appeal turned down. Given I've done that what would be my best next step?
I've seen comments that the 14 days time frame should be ignored, but at the same time, if there's no chance after already being turned down, I'd want to understand that before that 14 days hits on the 31st.
(If it makes a difference, the "fine" is basically because of using JustPark so not able to pay when I entered, and also no grace period for leaving the car park)

I assume this is Initial Parking. Nobody pays them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
