I bought a gift card and website crashed payment came off. The terms said usually it bounces back however it’s cleared by chase account and I had to raise a dispute. Company called Eneba and they are ignoring emails me. Surely they have to either A provide the gift card or refund. My account only shows the purchase I retried in two parts incase the website froze. They took a payment over over £200 will I get this back?

Start the chargeback process with Chase for non receipt.
