I submitted my initial claim against my PCN but APCOA have come back asking for confirmation that I am the registered owner of the vehicle even though those details had been provided in the appeal.
What do I do?
For us to fully consider your appeal please provide evidence that you were the registered keeper of the at the time of the alleged contravention, as the name you have given does not match the details we have from the DVLA. Please send the correct information with full name, address and PCN number within 14 days of the date of this letter to APCOA Parking (UK) Ltd to APCOA PARKING DINGWALL, PO BOX 5767, DINGWALL, IV15 0AX We have placed this case on hold for 14 days to allow you to provide us with the required information. If we do not receive the required information within 14 days, we will have to make a decision on your appeal based on the information we currently have available to us.

Surely you can understand what they are saying?
APCOA are stating that the appeal was submitted by someone else other than the registered keeper. There is no such thing as a 'registered owner'.

It says registered keeper, not owner, ownership is irrelevant
Was it a windscreen PCN to the driver or a postal notice to the registered keeper ?
Why are there 2 different names. ?
Was this a railway land PCN ? Or airport ? Or private property. ?1 -
I really hope the driver didn't appeal.
The registered keeper is the one to appeal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
