• No purchase is necessary and you do not have to opt-in and give us your consent to communicate with you to enter this draw as you may instead register for this free prize draw by writing to us at the address below with your name, email & postal address
• The prize of £500 shopping vouchers is not transferable and no alternative prizes are available
• The winner will receive their £500 shopping vouchers on or before the 8th November 2024
• Please note that everyone who applies for the Smile Assured NHS Dental Plan will automatically be entered into this free prize draw so if you do intend apply then you may visit the application page here
• This free prize draw closes at midnight on 31st October 2024. No entries submitted after that time/date will qualify
• The winner will be selected by us, completely at random, on or before the 5th November 2024. The winner will be notified by email so please ensure you have entered the correct address. Should we be unable to reach the winner by email (after reasonable attempts are made by us to do so) then an alternative winner will be drawn by us 
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her/their name in any publicity material and for the public confirmation of the winner. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and GDPR requirements and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent
• Details of the winner will be available, upon written request, for a period of 4 weeks after the free prize draw is made
• Only one prize draw entry per person is allowed. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrants that we find to be making multiple submissions
• Winners must be over 18 and a resident of the UK
