Wren Fitted Wardrobe

Morning
Any advice on my consumer rights please.
We designed fitted wardrobes with Wren, when they came out to measure the space, the design had to be altered as there wasn’t room for the bottom drawer on each side of the chimney breast and the installation plan was altered accordingly.
The design shows floor to ceiling but when our joiners (not Wren) followed the installation plan there is a significant gap at the top and bottom. Room enough for the original drawers.
Wren have admitted that the site survey measure was wrong and have offered us the two drawers for free but will not help with the installation costs.
Our joiners day rate is £270 is there anything I can do or do I have to pay the joiners again!
I paid the £200 deposit on my credit card and the rest is on interest free.
Thanks for any advice

On installation day, before touching any tools other than a tape measure, your competent joiners ought to:
    1. check all the components supplied by Wren - right quantities, dimensions, colour, style, etc.
    2. check all the dimensions in the installation plan.
I would not pay £270 a day for them to not bother with those essential steps. Call them back for a serious discussion.

Wren do not have the best reputation. A prudent joiner would check everything from Wren very carefully.

I agree, I think your joiners are at least partly responsible here.  At what point did they detect the problem?  Right at the end?

I don't think that's the issue here.  From what OP says it's that they'll have to pay the installers to come back again to finish the job because not all the materials (i.e. the missing drawers) were provided due to the Wren surveyors mistake.

i.e. the installers *did* measure up before starting.
