Mis sold solar panels

I have had a phone call from a company about mis sold sola panels, they take 10% I would like to do the claim myself but who do I complain to I bought the solar panels about 13 years ago, the company folded after they were fitted, I didnt have finance. so who do I complain to?

A lot of companies did/do offer 25 year guarantees on panels. I had my system fitted a couple of years ago and while not benefiting from FIT, my panels did come with a 25 year guarantee.
