A lot of companies did/do offer 25 year guarantees on panels.  I had my system fitted a couple of years ago and while not benefiting from FIT, my panels did come with a 25 year guarantee.

have been contacted by a claims handling company called Easyway claims of London. They are suggesting that they can my solar panel money back from under miss sell process. Having been scammed by a company called AFK letters, I’m very suspicious of this.
has anyone else been approached by a similar company

It is an obvious scam - when they get your enquiry expect a bill for some kind of fees? Wouldn't surprise me if they got your details from your last lot of scammers.

Agreed; this is an obvious scam.

As the previous poster says, you've might even have been added to a list of easy marks that has been sold on from the last scumbags to the new ones.

Edit: I note your previous scammers were also a "solar panels claim" firm. These might even be the same people again, under a new name.
