Email address for Argos to send complaint

Does anyone know of an email address that I can send a complaint to Argos? It looks like I can only send a letter in the post which seems so antiquated for this day and age.
I bought a suitcase from them on 31st August to take on holiday on 21st September. I was away until 6th October and whilst away noticed that some of the rubber that protects the stitching around the zippers was coming away.
I go to the store on 12th October to ask for a replacement/refund as the suitcase was clearly not fit for purpose as it was coming apart after one use. Just to add, we drove on our holiday so no possibility of it being damaged by baggage handlers at an airport.
The lady at the store was really rude, said it had gone past 30 days and it's clearly been used and basically said it was my fault. I explained that it had been used, I hadn't done anything untoward and that as it was coming apart after just one trip that it wasn't fit for purpose. She still refused.
I want to complain to Argos about the suitcase and the conduct of the staff in store.
I tried the 'helpers' on X but they said I should contact the manufacturer. I explained that because it's in the first year of purchase that the manufacturer dictate that I take it up with the retailer. They said they couldn't do anything to help but gave me a Sainsbury email address which doesn't work. I then messaged someone on the chat function who said there's no email address and gave me an address in Widnes to write too.
I'm so frustrated that it's so difficult to contact anyone to consider my complaint.

I'm so frustrated that it's so difficult to contact anyone to consider my complaint. You say fit for purpose, what you actually mean is it's not of satisfactory quality. If you google 'argos ceo email' you will find the email address to send your complaint to. Failing that, just send them a letter in the post. No company legally has to have a complaints email address.

And if you can't be bothered sending them a letter, they may well presume that you won't be bothered pursuing any legal action.0

It would surely have been easier to write a letter instead of doing all the messaging and emailing you have been doing, and asking on here. A letter will almost certainly carry more weight than an email, anyway.1
