How did you complain?You contact SJP and tell them why you want to complain (i.e. your complaint reasons).Is there a template as my in laws have a portfolio and they are in their 80s so wondering if I can sort for them.you are making an allegation of wrongdoing with personalised reasons. A template wouldn't wash.
a) are they actually paying for ongoing servicing?
b) have they been receiving ongoing servicing?
i.e. if their agent has done the annual review, then there is nothing to complain about.
