My first Parking fine 😢

son,
Time of arrival: 07:15
Time of departure approximately: 19:00
I received a fine today for not purchasing a parking ticket as soon as I entered the car park
I have a parking ticket for today and have evidence of regularly buying a ticket each time I use the station.
Todays parking reference is,
Please take into consideration I have just started my apprenticeship in London,
Due to a cyber attack at the company I work for my car park season ticket has not been purchased yet and neither has my rail season ticket,
I have been parking very often and paying every time I use the station, today my phone malfunctioned and spent the day at college without my phone while it was resolved by the tech and data centre at 13:30 at this time I purchased a day ticket as soon as I could and paid for the whole day.
I paid for parking and my current situation as my train fare and parking are already costing me £70 + per day spending up to £210 per week for two days at the office and 1 day at college the other two days are working from home and earning only £375 per week,
Today’s fine and paying for the parking will cost me an additional £107.70 this has seriously affected me and I am seriously considering quitting this job.
Every penny counts at the moment I wouldn’t have paid for the days parking had I known I I had already received a penalty notice,

It is not a fine if you have received a parking charge notice/notice to keeper from an unregulated private parking company.
If this is the case, please tell us the name of the PPC.
Please start by reading the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES that explains how to deal with this.
If is indeed a PCN/NTK, from an unregulated PPC, and incurred at a railway station as you seem to indicate, it is imperative that you do not reveal the driver's identity to the PPC because the keeper cannot be held liable. This is all explained in the NEWBIES.
Acronyms and abbreviations common to this forum can be found in the fifth post of the NEWBIES.

Definitely not a fine, so your record remains untainted, it may well be a penalty notice, was it a windscreen PCN. ? possibly from APCOA or NCP ? or SABA . ? SO , Which parking company, ? , which station. ?
No blabbing about who was driving in this saga
So information firstly, advice later

I really really hope you didn't send an appeal yet? What you put in your OP is everything NOT to put in any appeal to a train station private PCN! Please tell us you didn't appeal.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
