NCP - PCN for Company Lease Car - How to challenge?

HI All,
Looking for a small bit of advice.
I've had a PCN from NCP for "Not Parked Correctly". Car park was full, they were doing building work so multiple bays were blocked and I parked on the road where other had with not marking or double yellows. On revisiting the site I can see there are signs saying that refer to "failing to park wholly within an authorised parking bay"
Here's my question. It's taken 31 days to get the ticket posted to me and 42 until it was opened at work. The car is a lease car with Lex. They are the registered owner and my company is the leaseholder or hirer.
Reading various treads, I am trying to understand if I can challenge the PCN as they don't have the name of the driver (Me), and they haven't gotten the invoice (PCN) to me within 14 days.....
Help!? I know there's another one of these on the way as I've done it twice due to the carpark being full!

The 14 days is irrelevant because neither you nor your company are the RK, the lease company is
You should read the bottom section of post 1 in the newbies sticky thread and use the Edna basher advice there
No revealing who was driving, not to anyone
Ps, there is a completely separate section of POFA 2012 that deals with the requirements for hire, lease and company vehicles2 -
If your company will let you, do the appeal in their company name and give your work email address for the updates and outcome.
In that case you'd be using and adapting the 'ABC Company' version by Edna_Basher. You will NOT be giving your name.
If not, the company must fill in the slip to name you as the hirer/lessee. NOT 'DRIVER'! Then you await your NTH to arrive in your name. Then appeal as hirer.
Do whichever works. You'll win.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
