Can't get Experian statutory report!

I have been going in circles with Experian since 9th October now. I requested it and I got a PIN in the post that didn't work, so then I ordered it via the post, which 10 days later, hasn't arrived as stated and another pin has come in the post... Which doesn't work!!
What do I do now as I just go around and around.

I seriously think they hope if they make it hard enough that people will just sign up and pay.0 -
Have you ever signed up to 'Check My File' or 'Experian' 30 day free trial, because if not you could utilise this route and set yourself a reminder to cancel a few days before the 30 days are up.
Alternatively, the Experian app has now updated and is showing your report for free, which would be a good starting place! If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.
Secured/Unsecured loans x 1
Credit Cards x 8 (total limit £51,300)
Creation FS Retail Account x 1

Mortgage Outstanding - £138,087.38 (Payment 11/360)
Total Debt = £1,125.00 (0%APR) @ £112.50pm0 -

Oooo interesting on the app. I'll give it a download.
There is 0 reason they need to be sending pins to my address tbh, it's just a delaying technique as if I pay they suddenly have no follow the same security protocols.0 -

The plus side is that once you have done it you should be good for life on the same email.1 -
Check My File recently dropped Crediva as a data supplier but still pull data from all 3 main credit agencies AFAIA.
I really don't think they should charge what they do for access to OUR own personal information, especially as they make a killing from supplying lenders our data but they are a business at the end of the day and in it to make money.
Experian is the only agency to utilise this method via snail mail and it is highly frustrating, especially compared to the ease of access with Equifax and Transunion (virtually instant and online). So I feel your frustration, however, you nor I or anyone else can change the process. If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.
