Chase bank - new questionnaire

Have a read of this:
https://www.fca.org.uk/news/press-releases/fca-fines-starling-bank-failings-financial-crime-systems-and-controls
Although that relates to Starling, Chase is a similar organisation and will have received the same letters from the FCA. Hopefully this helps you to understand that they are not doing anything untoward, and any anger about their demands should be directed to your MP, given Chase are simply following the regulator's rules, which are made using powers granted by Parliament.0 -
