Morning everyone just come in from a cleaning job it’s just a small all bungalow with a big conservatory it’s mainly to clean all the windows but I couldn’t wait to get back and have a cuppa I’ve glugged a glass of water straight off she has the fire on full blast and the central heating I’m pleased I only go once a month I’m back in my gilet now I’m in the house no pleasing me . Last night I sat with a big notepad and tried to make a budget for next year I know it’s early but I’m going on that cruise Norwegian cruise I can’t even think about we have had a lot to do on the house and still more I would like doing and our savings are just going down and down so it’s some strict savings ahead I showed hubby some of my list top of it is dog food dry that I get delivered dog food wet dogs prescription dogs joint tablets dogs prescription tablets for a scruffy little mongrel rescue dog she’s living like a queen no wonder I’m skint . DP1 it good to here the little one will get in to see her friends at school I bet she will be as proud as punch giving her little talk . Good news about the tyre Chrisca. TAFF I hope you are on the mend and not doing to much . Thinking of all the poorlies hugs to those that need them have a good day everyone whatever you are doing

Hello all, we have a wet start to today. I didn't put the washing out yesterday as it stayed very overcast and threatened rain so it went on the airer overnight and just needs putting away now as it's all dry.
Today I have a list of housework tasks so I've made a start on them and just stopped for coffee. I'll take my time and do it bit by bit over the weekend, can't do it all in a day anymore.

Afternoon all,

Sorry I've been missing again but the decorating is finished. We got 2 new bar stools for the kitchen island, as we've had a change of colour. Now got 4 well used but serviceable ones to put on Market place or some such. Now sorting through paperwork that needs throwing or shredding. Oh... and I got a new dual bin - our council has changed their recycling policy so we can now put soft plastics in, so made sense to be able to separate it.

No pick up to day as DGS is away for the weekend later, but his proud mum sent me a video of him going up in assembly to get a certificate for being a great sport leader, helpful and all round good guy. Proud Gran!

Right I'd better go and post a card for an old school pal, she's the 1st of us to reach 70!
