Reliable and cheap provider of 020 number for business use

I'm looking for a supplier for an 020 London number that I can use for my business. I'm wanting this number to redirect to my mobile which I'm sure a supplier can offer. Any recommendations?

Divert to your mobile number or have a VOIP app on the mobile? The former you are going to have to pay for the call time to the mobile which can get expensive if your overseas etc, the later you just need data

Didn't consider or realise this was an option. Can the latter service be supplied by most suppliers?

I'd look at specialist providers like Voipfone or Vonage plus the big boys like Zoom, Microsoft and Google all offer phone solutions. 

With VOIP it can be a simple 1 number 1 app on one mobile or you can have multiple numbers with multiple phones and define which numbers ring which phones inc based on time and geolocation

I would not recommend Zoom phone, we have them and the quality is awful, the voicemails get lost and reappear days later... looking for an alternative myself
