Paypal issue

Hi, hope I am posting this in the right area. I have used Paypal for a long time now for receiving my payouts from doing online surveys. the money usually appears in my Recent activity and then shows straight above this in My PayPal Balance, ready for me to transfer to my bank. However, today, i cashed out two amounts from one of my survey companies over to Paypal, this went fine, got my email confirmation and it appeared into my recent activity on my Paypal...however, it is not coming up on my balance...that is saying £0.00. So therefore I can't get to transfer it to my bank. This has never happened before and contacting Paypal was useless, I was going round in circles with a Bot. Has anyone else had this happen? Hi - I have a business Paypal account and have the same issue as of a couple of hours ago, 3 payments have been made to our account, but the available balance is zero. I messaged Paypal and they said this:

A few hours ago, today a technical issue was reported, it's not showing the balance that is on the account for some of our customers, including your account.

I would like to apologise for the inconvenience this technical issue has cause.

We've escalated the matter to our technical team for further assistance.

It should be resolved soon as this is an urgent matter, kindly try again in a few hours.

Hi, thanks for your reply, Sounds like a few of us are having problems with Paypal currently, they replied to me as well saying they'll try and sort out this issue but can't say a timeframe as I've been added to a queue of people I presume are experiencing what we are. Hopefully it'll be resolved for us all soon.
