Parking Charge Notice from Premier Park Ltd - Markham Retail Park, Chesterfield

Mf GF has just received a parking charge notice from Premier Park Ltd for allegedly leaving the car park at the infamous Markham Retail Park, Chesterfield.
She has yet to reply.
I have done a Google and search on here and can see there's been plenty of people who have been scammed the same.
I have checked the NEWBIES thread but can't see anything directly related to Premier Park Ltd.
Can anyone point me in the right direction on the bets way to start the process?

Go on their website
Check the photos for any evidence of leaving, if not the do an appeal stating you never left and to put them to strict proof (with photos) , tell them they will lose this at popla as there is no photographic evidence of you leaving site

Thanks. Checked and there are only images of the car parked and the signage. Does the appeal need to say anything about who was driving?
Update, does she tick registered keeper and driver, or just registered keeper?0 -
In this kind of case it doesn't matter if you admit to driving you will win this @ POPLA, so use exactly the following)
I am appealing this as the driver, i did not leave site , you have no evidence i left site (warden notes are irrelevant for POPLA), you will lose this at POPLA, I am using MSE forum in order to kick you and the PCN into touch,
Cancel the PCN or issue the POPLA code , as you know you will lose
Sweetness and light

As expected the appeal was rejected so off to POPLA i go.
I have done a search for POPLA Appeal for Parking and Leaving Site and can't find anything that's not been removed.
Rather than the long POLA appeals, do i simply state that the driver did not leave the site on the POPLA form, and as there is no proof this is enough? The only images they have are of the car (no person) and their sign.
Can anyone help as the deadline for POPLA appeal is today?0 -
Yes just do a short paragraph about that then add that you do not believe the signage was clear or that the operator has landowner authorityPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
