Private Parking fine

I am writing to you regarding the private PCN from Parking control management (UK) Ltd. at High Point Village, Hayes, UK, on 28th September 2024 and 3rd May 2024. Normally, I go to the restaurant every week and park my car inside the parking area, displaying a valid permit issued by the restaurant. On both days, I went to Taka Tak restaurant at High Point Village. Hayes.
>Normally, I go every week and park my car inside Stay City car park, and the restaurant gives a display ticket. However, on 5th May and 28th September, the main entrance gate was closed, so I asked the PCM (Parking Control Management) operator, who manages parking, takes photos, and enters registration numbers, if I could drop my partner off to get a permit from the restaurant, and he said yes. Again, on 28th September, I asked the operator if I could park my car because one gate was closed, and he said yes, you can park. I have recorded his record a conversation without the other person knowing the PCM operator, He said don't worry , and I have witnesses as well. Now, I have received a letter and another letter from ML stating that if I do not pay this, they could take me to court.
I parked with consent, paid at the restaurant, and placed a permit on the front screen as well.
Also, I sent messages to stay city and the local MP regarding this matter

Did you also try asking restaurant to cancel PCN? (Plan A) in the NEWBIES Announcement thread.1

Who is ML, Moorside Legal? Just read the other threads laughing about these new kids on the block.
