Fraudulent Pockit account application?

I've received emails telling me to "complete my Pockit application" when I haven't ever applied for a Pockit account. The email looks legit from a subdomain of their main site (hello@team.pockit.com) but I can't find anyway to contact Pockit directly by phone or chat. Their instagram doesn't accept messages and comments on posts are switched off, and I got a canned response to an email asking for more details about my "unauthorised transaction" and no reply to be saying it's a fraudulent account application not a transaction.
Is anyone aware of scam emails from Pockit? Should I be worried? Anyone have their phone number?! Thanks!

There was a registration attempt to create an account with your email address, which may have been caused by a breach of security with a 3rd party not connected to Pockit. When a scammer or hacker is able to obtain your email address they may try to use that with other companies to create fake accounts.
We want to assure you that no account has been fully opened in your name. We take security very seriously and are actively investigating this matter. We understand this may be concerning, and we will keep you updated if there are any necessary steps you may need to take.
In the meantime, we recommend that you remain vigilant and be cautious of any suspicious emails or messages. If you receive any communication that seems unusual or unsolicited, please do not click on any links or open any attachments.
Kind regards
Team Pockit
Their support email is: help@pockit.com I hope you get yours sorted too!3 -
It's just happened to me as well. I've been ignoring them but will contact as you did.

I've had the same email.
I've emailed them, had a standard copy and paste reply. I asked them to remove my details and they're refusing to. I've told them I'm filing a complaint with the ICO if they don't remove my details within 48 hours0
