Terms and conditions of participation for the live raffle of miBaby GmbH::

1. this competition is open to members of miBaby GmbH.

2. participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. By participating in the competition, the user accepts these conditions of participation and all separately stated conditions and deadlines, insofar as the legal representative has given their consent.

3. persons over the age of 18 who are resident in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Spain or Switzerland are eligible to participate.

4. in order to participate in the prize draw, the participant must leave his/her contact details for the purpose of being contacted in the event of a win. 

5. a maximum of one entry per entrant will be taken into account in the draw for each possible prize. 

6. by clicking on "Enter now", the participant enters the miBaby raffle and accepts the terms and conditions of entry.

7. the participant is aware that he/she is taking part in the big weekly miBaby live raffle. The prize to be won will be chosen at random each week. Consequently, there is no guarantee that a particular prize will be drawn each week.

8. entries are valid for the designated prize only. Entries for other potential prizes must be made separately.

9. if a prize has not been drawn during the week, the entry remains valid and will be carried over to the next week.

10. prizes offered will remain in the prize pool for a minimum of 4 weeks. After this period, miBaby reserves the right to remove them from the prize pool or replace them even if no draw has taken place.

11. the randomly selected pool of entries will be used for the draw.

12. the participant has the option of submitting a separate entry for each possible prize pool.

13. any winnings are non-transferable.

14. miBaby will treat the provision of personal data, such as surname, first name, address, age and/or email address, in accordance with legal requirements. German law will apply.

15. in the unlikely event that the prize is unavailable, miBaby reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value. Cash payment of the value of the prize or winnings is excluded.

16. miBaby GmbH employees are excluded from participating in the competition.

17. in the event of a win, the participant will be notified in writing by email.

18. in the event of a win, the entrant agrees, with the consent of their legal representative, to pay miBaby any costs that are not expressly advertised as a prize.

19. an entrant may be excluded from a competition or prize draw by miBaby at any time for serious breach of contract.

20. miBaby may cancel the competition or prize draw at any time without notice and without giving any reason, in particular in the event of technical complications.

21. If the winner does not respond in writing within 7 days of being notified of the prize, the claim to the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.  

22. The legal process is excluded.

23. The validity of the participation is independent of the consent to receive newsletters or advertising. This consent can be revoked at any time in the account settings. 24.

24. Participation can be revoked at any time by sending a letter or email to info@mibaby.io.

25. This competition is not associated with, sponsored, endorsed or organised in any way by Facebook. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Facebook, but miBaby GmbH.  The information provided will only be used in the context of this promotion in order to be able to notify the winners.
