It is an invitation to trade along the lines of "never knowingly undersold", subject to a ton of terms, conditions and restrictions, including you telling them and their acceptance.
That's quite true, as you say, subject to the company's terms and conditions. The thing is whether a court might say in this particular case that the T&Cs modify the statement in the video or not. It does look like I need to get some legal advice before deciding whether to proceed.0 -

I am thinking of claiming either breach of contract (they patently didn't give her the best price) and/or that their website negligently mis-stated that she would get the best price. As it is now going to start costing money to pursue them, I would be grateful for advice on whether this course of action has a realistic prospect of success and also any further suggestions on how best to proceed. Thanks very much in advance for any help.Life in the slow lane0

was the full quote issued at time of booking? Or did it include extras added on after the garage looked at the car?
I just tried the website for my car and they claim to be able to a full service for £114 + £25 for an MOT. Which seems quite low ? And they don't even specify which garage will do the service?
Online reviews all repeat the same thing - they will clobber you for "extras" once they've got your car.
The so called best price guarantee is nothing of the sort - in fact they don't even mention the "G" word at any point in the T&C's I think - it's just meaningless flim flam.
I'll stick with my local garage I think!

Define a full service?
Full service look for parts that need changing soon(ish) and tell the customer they need doing urgently?
Full service = an oil and oil filter change? Where a main dealer may grease hinges and do software updates
and just take more general care of your vehicle although that's not a guaranteed these days.
Sister took her old car for 4 or 5 services and none of them changed the diesel filter, still had the same one
