I have just gone back to my maiden name. So now in the process of notifying everyone .
But I seem to have become stuck at how to change the name on the deeds of my house without paying. I have a uk passport in my maiden name. But just doing a google search, it seems have to use a Conveyancer
any advise please

You don't need to do anything, it can be dealt with if/when you sell the house.2
