hello,
Please can anyone advise or provide their expertise/expertise on an issue that has been raised with HIVE free of charge?
I have recently got the HIVE EV installed and have had the BG electric charge tariff. I feel they have misold as they didn't explicitly note the following.
1. HIVE had said I won't be able to use free charge for max of 28 days - they said this is in the T&C but I can't see this on their website. The rep I spoke to was very clear I have to way to challenge this as it's in their T&C. - is this everyone's experience?
2. I chose an HIVE ev charger because of the freecharge offer and expended a level of customer service/assurance as its BG. I rang HIVE for more details and they told me to use their site for installation which I did. Now HIVE have said they can support with warranty as I didn't buy from them - but they suggest I use their website to find an installer. is this correct? HIVE tolde me that cant install so to go to a partner organisation as per their website.
HIVE are adamant I have no way of getting any help from them as its nothing to do with HIVE. I feel as though I was misold as per their website. Please ask these question if you are thinking to go for this tariff or getting a HIVE charger to make use of the freecharge.
Also important to note that HIVE customer services are not very friendly or helpful.
