If I switch First direct to get another switch bonus, what happens to the regular saver? Do I lose interest or have to close it?
Many thanks if you know. I'm not sure how they are linked

In their FAQs:You need to keep your 1st Account open for the 12 months you have your Regular Saver.https://www.firstdirect.com/savings-and-investments/savings/regular-saver-account/
Edit: in terms of the impact of closing the current account, I'd assume it's treated like this:If you choose to close your account before the end of the 12 month period you will receive interest up to the date of closure at our Savings Account variable rate.1 -
First Direct advise they will close the account early (and give you the lower rate of interest) if you switch away during the regular saver term, this is covered on p37 of the T&Cs.3

Thanks very much.
That's what I needed.
I'm happy losing £6 of interest to get £180 switch bonus.1 -
