Euro Car Parks Chesterfield Hose - wrong reg input

Hello,
I paid for two hours' parking at Chesterfield House but left after only 15 minutes. The trouble is, I put the wrong reg into the app, so a PCN was issued. I have proof of payment from the parking app. I have access to the car whose reg I inputted and know for sure that it wasn't there at the time.
