Hi everyone
I searched here for info regarding LEAP but didn't find much.
I have just had a really positive experience with them and wanted to share so others can benefit too.
I was looking for some assistance to replace a broken integrated electric oven (still trying) and came across LEAP. I completed an online form, received confirmation immediately, and was called within days and had home appointment yesterday.
It went very well. It took about an hour and I was left with a digital temperature and humidity reader and some remote control standby plugs.
In addition I am expecting delivery of a dehumidifier and heated clothes airer. I will also receive a call to apply for something towards reducing my energy debt.
The rep was quite eager to give, give, give, and asked me tell other people about the service. It is area dependant but he says they have a lot of funding!

Some of the things they can provide if you qualify are: Fridge freezers, cookers, air fryers, dehumidifiers, heated airers and heated throws.
The rep also brought things like the plugs, bulbs, reflective material and draught proofing to be fitted on the day.
I will update with the delivery of items and the call for energy debt.
I hope this will be if use.
Melissa
