What should the basis of my defence be? Should I just explain what happened and that I was just stopping in a safe place after breaking down? Or could I deny that it was me driving and I don't know who was since such a long time has passed?0 -
Of course you don't deny driving if you were!
We have no time to tell everyone individually what their defence might be, hence why we have a Template Defence. This is easy.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So at the end of November I had a letter from dcb legal saying that after receiving my defence their client would be pursuing the claim.
I have just returned home after being away since Christmas and have received a n180 form dated December 23rd with a deadline to return of January the 9th. I have obviously missed this. What should my next step be?0 -
Fill it in and email it now. Slightly late DQs are fine, as long as you hurry up.
