Thanks OP, around this time of year it starts to be a fair bit colder, damper and some delay putting the heating on as it's not winter yet, is it possible the door as become somewhat swollen due to humidity?

We have had it for 3 years since December 2021 . Apparently it's a common issue with the wardrobe I've had no help whatsoever from customer service. I have emailed them an email under consumer rights acts , asking them repair or refund the item. See what they say
