Parking Penalty Charge 47 for NOT - Stopping on Bus Stop

I`m looking for advise. I received today PCN for alleged contravention 47 from Derby Council. I did check online and CCTV. Video showing my vehicle moving from life lane to bay (marked ONLY no stopping sign and BUS STOP yellow painting on ground), vehicle is showing moving with clearly visible break lights and right indicator illuminated entering bay, moving along very slowly ( with right indicator still on), letting pass car behind and bus from opposite way to instantly made U-turn (which is NOT prohibited -- Derby bus station). video showing NO doors open, No ONE leaving or entering vehicle. Whole maneuver takes less than 15sec. There is NO restriction for drive thru bus stop (in my opinion IT is NOT properly marked BUS stop - Morledge Bus stop2 marked by council).
anyone had same or similar experience? I`m planning to refuse pay and challenge PCN.

Read the sticky 'Read this first before posting your case' as well as reading through some of the other threads there ahead of posting your own details, to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate), as they need to see all the small print.
