  • If you are content not to add the fact that I advised you to add.  The thing you said, the new fact that I then replied to.
Can you please explain if I am missing something from you advise ?

    para 4 is the fact.

Para 4 is not the extra fact you threw in, that I specially replied to.  All you need to do is re-read what you put that I said to include.

  • How about below -

    4.       Defendant’s husband is a company director and has a Parking Licence from the Superior Lease Holder at the location described in the Claim Form. Property Management did not send out the Parking permits due to Corona virus Pandemic, but the driver displayed the business name and address on windscreen for avoidance of doubt. We have Parking permits for last 11 years.

    Hi All

After submitting defence on 20/11/2024 still no update on DQ but letter received from DCB legal for settlement of case.

I thought they have to reply for defence and pay the fees in the court with in 30 days and it seems they missed date, what will happened next ?

They probably have done it in time and NOT missed any deadline.  They didn't have another fee to pay yet.

Just wait. The CNBC moves slowly and there was the Xmas /New Year holiday stopping progress too.

The next fee will be the hearing fee and the date for that will be in the notice of allocation when you get it (have you submitted N180 yet?); it will give you the court date and the date by which the fee must be paid and the witness statements must be submitted.

Which as you will hopefully recall, is the fully expected 'step 7' in the first 12 steps in the Template Defence thread.
