Regular Saver confirmation of payee scheme

I'm trying to set up a new payee from my Club Lloyds Monthly Saver to my Principality ISA.
Lloyds keep displaying "! Nearly matches" underneath the payee name.
I've tried using First Name + Surname, First Name + Middle Name + Surname, First Name + Middle Initial + Surname, any combination returns this "nearly matches" message.
My account with Principality has my full name.
I know that as long as the account details and reference are correct, the money will go through, but despite that this has really worried me!!! I've called Lloyds and asked them to raise it with Tech Support.
The call handler confirmed that when she tried to set up the payee on my behalf, it came back as a match.
It worries me because the "! Nearly matches" message suggests the names are not an exact match. Well they should be. I wouldn't have worried about this before. A lot of my payees have got user friendly names which don't match the account name.
