You appear to be correct according to their website. However, I went onto Chat, on Monday or Tuesday and Skipton confirmed their Trust Account but said, minimum opening balance £10k.
Are you sure that you made it clear that what is required is
The CHILDREN'S TRUST SAVER?
NOT The Trustee Savings Account?
I believe that Skipton offer both.

Yes, I did make it abundantly clear but, as is all too common these days, I received duff information which I even queried.
I have looked at the account which is ideal. £1 to start, 3,5% variable interest, £50,000 limit, withdrawals available and designed for a Bare Trust.
