Animal Friends Amazon Voucher

I’m having trouble redeeming the Amazon Voucher that was issued after taking out an Animal Friends Insurance policy. When I’ve tried to redeem it Amazon say it’s already been used on another account. Animal Friends say it’s an issue with Amazon but Amazon say the opposite. The site that issued the voucher, on behalf of Animal Friends, say I need to speak to Amazon, Amazon say I need speak to Animal Friends as they issued the gift card. We are now 6 weeks on and I’ve spoken and emailed Animal Friends, several times, spoken and done two online chats with Amazon and emailed the third party voucher company and they all are passing the buck and no one is accepting responsibility. Anyone else had this issue? Who is ultimately responsible? Fed up of being fobbed off!!!!
