  • how did they get to £340?

    I have one with a £60 fine (discounted) - then got a final demand for £130 then a ML letter for £170 . . . Did you also hear from Trace Debt Recovery? - same CEO as ML and British Parking Assocc. !!!

    I have one with a £60 fine (discounted) - then got a final demand for £130 then a ML letter for £170 . . . Did you also hear from Trace Debt Recovery? - same CEO as ML and British Parking Assocc. !!! 
    it makes no difference they will still get a court claim
    and it isnt a fine

    The person has 2 PCNs.

    None of it matters. Easily beatable.

    Obviously not!  Neither.

    Please read the forum.  Nobody pays Moorside Legal.  Read a few threads and the NEWBIES thread second post, as you seem to be jumping to wrong conclusions.  We don't risk CCJs here.
