Unusually, they have a hood score on Trust Pilot

A one star may surely dent that.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

Here’s my response guys, let’s see what they come back with.Dear Sir/Madam,I acknowledge receipt of your letter dated 17th October 2024. While you have expressed concerns regarding the nature of my defence, I would like to address your comments. It is well within my rights as a defendant to seek guidance from forums or other resources in preparing my defence. The courts do not discourage defendants from utilising available resources to ensure a fair and complete response. Equally, I note that much of the legal documentation and particulars of claim produced by firms such as yours often follow standard templates. Therefore, the suggestion that my defence lacks merit simply because it may draw from online sources is unjustified.Further, I find your insinuations regarding unreasonable behaviour and potential cost liabilities unfounded. The tone and content of your letter appear intended to intimidate rather than to engage constructively in resolving the matter at hand. Such tactics have no place in legitimate litigation, and I will not be deterred by them.I fully intend to defend this matter robustly and will continue to respond appropriately within the legal process.6

Hi Folks, had my questionnaire through from the courts. I plan to return it via email to CNBC and Moorside. Is this sufficient or should I post it to the court as well?0
-
No court is involved yet, just the CNBC in Northampton, you nominate your local civil court on the DQ
Download the pdf, fill it in and email the attachment to the CNBC and to the legal company, job done, no posting it2 -
Got it, thanks!0
